Gary Gack
Learn Six Sigma/Lean Six Sigma from a Black Belt
Gary Gack has more than 40 years of diverse experience in the software and IT industry, including more than 20 years focused on process improvement. He is current President of Process-Fusion.net, a consulting firm that provides assessment, strategy advice, training, and coaching related to the integration and deployment of software and IT industry best practices.
Mr. Gack holds an MBA from the Wharton School and is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. He also holds ITIL Foundation Certification, is an ASQ Certified Software Quality Engineer (CSQE), and is a Visiting Scientist with the Software Engineering Institute (SEI). At the SEI, Mr. Gack has co-authored and instructed the "Measuring for Performance Driven Improvement 1" course.

Ellen Gottesdiener

Ellen Gottesdiener is principal consultant and founder of EBG Consulting, Inc. She has authored numerous articles, two books and contributed to several others. A frequent speaker and adviser for numerous national conferences and local technical user groups, Ellen is a Certified Professional Facilitator (CPF) and has extensive experience as a professional workshop facilitator.
She has designed and facilitated workshops including: project chartering, product vision and scoping, product roadmap, requirements development, iteration and release planning, and product architecture workshops. Ellen is internationally recognized as an expert on project and process improvement and is an expert reviewer of the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) Business Analysis Body of Knowledge® (BABOK®). Prior to EBG Consulting, Ellen was a manager, team leader, developer, and trainer with a major insurance and financial services organization.

Karl Wiegers
Reduce risk and improve customer satisfaction
Karl Wiegers is Principal Consultant with Process Impact, a software process consulting and education company in Portland, Oregon. His interests include requirements engineering, software peer reviews, software process improvement, project management, risk management, and software metrics. Previously, Karl spent 18 years at Eastman Kodak Company, where he held positions as a photographic research scientist, software developer, software manager, and software process and quality improvement leader. Karl received a B.S. degree in chemistry from Boise State College, and M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in organic chemistry from the University of Illinois.
Karl is the author of the following books:
Karl has written more than 170 articles on software development, chemistry, and military history. He has served on the Editorial Board for IEEE Software magazine and also as a contributing editor for Software Development magazine. He is a frequent speaker at software conferences and professional society meetings.
